I ordered one mobile Redmi note 5 pro from paytm mall at the price of 14890 rupees. The order no. is 6312873194. The original price of the same item in the website of mi is 13000. However they promised that I will get 10% cashback if I pay through Axis bank credit or debit card. I sent several mails. called several times, no respnse. They only responded after i received the product. Now they are denying the cashback because I paid 71 rupees from my paytm wallet. That this is a hybrid transaction and according to the terms and condition I am not eligible. My concern is they should define what a hybrid transaction is. They should have mentioned that paying through paytm cash is not eligible. They even did not ask me whether i want to pay from my wallet or not. They put a tick mark on their own. Who is going to notice so many things? Then they shoul have told me the same thing before I ecieved the product. I would have cancelled the order. Now I can not even retun it. Please take this matter into consideration. Its fraud. Loss of 1500 rupees that too by cheating is a big deal for a student who belongs to a poor family.
