I shopped for more than Rs 4000 about 4-5 months before through SBI credit card under the prevailing offer of 10% cashback which is supposed to be credited in my credit card a/c by 31/12/2020. After not getting the cashback, I complaint several times with Jiomart customer care but they people are not interested to solve my complaint. So, it seems that jiomart is a fraudulent company which cheats customers by promising them with different offers.
