Respected Sir this is a very serious complaint against Cashpal loan app i have just entered my data to check the eligibility Because in the advertising it shows 3L rupees foot 1 year and after that they have approved a loan for 5000 and credited only 2900
But after several requests these people are not cancelling my Auto loan facility
After i do repayment
They are very smartly showing error in their server due to which I’m unable to cancel the auto loan facility
Without my consent
They are crediting money to my account
For every 2900 rs they take 5000 ₹ for 7 days they are harassing the customers by doing so
They don’t have any proper customer care number
The email address they have provided on their app doesn’t respond
They are smartly putting people into severe loss
Sir please act on this immediately as I have really lost a lot of amount because of this app
Please help immediately.
