I have booked a room on 31.12.22 and mentioned cash back reward 7.36$ (Rs.606.71). After check out within 60 days i had requested for redeem reward, the app indicated after reward initiated we have claim by 120 days. I used to check for my claiming but its doesn’t show any claim. Now i tried to redeem it shows its already redeemed.
