I have bought a mobile phone using zestmoney 0 interest scheme. 4 EMIs I have already paid. First two EMI cash back received after contacted the customer service. But 3rd and 4th EMI cash back is not received yet. 3rd EMI I paid on March 30th, According to their policy maximum 7-10 days required to refund the amount, but in this case I mailed many times, contacted customer executive over phone, Every time they say will resolve within one week but not yet resolved. 4th EMI I paid on May 3r, that also not received. Next week my 5th EMI to be paid. They are irresponsible.
