I needed to transport my vehicle from Pune to Sasaram Bihar, hence booked them after having a word with Mrs. Minakshi Sharma. She gave me a quote of Rs.10000 all inclusive even taxes etc, including luggage in the car. I went ahead and paid the advance on 7th Dec 2023. The car was picked up by there pickup boy and get payment receipt . I was assured that I would be receiving all the updates and images of the vehicle before loading etc…. I have to be behind them for that also and finally after two days of the car being picked up received a video of the car loaded on to the truck. The car was supposed to arrive in Sasaram on 11-14th Dec 2023, instead on 11, I was told by Mr. Pankaj Sharma that your car will arrive on 16th Dec 2023 . He then send me an invoice of Rs.20996 and said he will not deliver the vehicle if the entire amount is paid. When I discussed then he finalized with 150000. I have paid all amount after that pankaj said car will be deliver in next 2-3 hrs and he will share live location as well. After that neither he is picking the call neither share the car details. Today is 18th Dec, he is still not picking the phone. Please help in getting my vehicle back.
