Text of Complaint by Prakash Mondal:

Dear Sir/Madam,
     I am Mr.Prakash Mondal, my last order value is INR 2315 and order date 23rd Feb, 2020. I am eligible below this offer.
Offer name is “End of Season Sale” and offer period: 21st February 2020 00:00:00 hrs to 23rd February 2020 23:59:59 hrs.
Offer 1 is:

(a) 10% cashback as Amazon Pay balance on minimum order value of INR 2000 of fashion and beauty products, net of all discounts applied.

(b) Participating categories (Fashion & Beauty): Apparel, Footwear, Handbags, Sportswear, Watches, Eyewear, Luggage, Jewellery, Make-up, Luxury Beauty (excluding gold & silver coins).

(c) Applicable only on prepaid orders, i.e., payments through credit card, debit card, net-banking or Amazon Pay balance only

(d) Not applicable on cash on delivery or pay on delivery orders

(e) Offer period: 21st February 2020 00:00:00 hrs to 23rd February 2020 23:59:59 hrs

(f) Maximum cashback amount per customer: INR 500

(g) Cashback will be calculated on the final order value after applying coupon discounts. Example: If order value is INR 2000 and coupon discount of INR 100 is applied, bringing the final order value to INR 1900, then the order is ineligible for the cashback offer.

(h) Your Amazon account information has to be fully updated with your name, email and phone number for you to be eligible for the cashback

(i) Any cancelled order(s)/item(s) will not be eligible for cashback and the refund amount of cancelled/returned order(s)/item(s) will be adjusted (net off) for the cashback amount, from the purchase amount for the Offer.

(j) Check product detail page for offer eligibility Offer is applicable only once per customer during offer period i.e.: 21st February 2020 00:00:00 hrs to 23rd February 2020 23:59:59 hrs

But after 4 working days I can’t get 10% cash back as Amazon Pay balance till now.
I was ordered multiple items into one transaction. Order items are given below.

I paid this amount through Amazon Pay UPI where Bank Reference ID was 005423537617.
Offer 2 is:
Shop for beauty & grooming products on Amazon using any payment method and get 50% back up to Rs.200.
I have already received cash back Rs.200/- against this offer (Offer 2). Gift Card ID – # 6014853931970655
Total cash back should be Rs.200 (Offer-1)+Rs.231.5(Offer-2)=431.5, I have only get Rs.200/-
The amount of INR 231.5 which I have not receive till now.
As discussed with customer care executive, I share the offer details screen shot copy and also offer link. This mail I already send 28-02-2020 and 10-03-2020
So sir/madam, I contact many times to Amazon customer care via email (last 12th March, 2020) from my registered email id prakash.mondal9@gmail.com but customer care executive continuous harass me.
