Text of Complaint by Noel A. Sillan:

amazon philippines task platform a third-party smart matching platform – Order grabbing operation process: apply for task – click grab order – mail merge – send immediately. (The system automatically processes the order), and the fee is settled immediately. When the platform matches the user’s order, the platform sends the order information to the merchant’s background. if the user has no funds for the grabbed order the account will be frozen, and until such time that the user deposits money (thru GCash) it is this allowed to continue the task. if the total amount of the merchandise ordered is not reached, the account is frozen and all the money in the account cannot be withdrawn. order must be completed to unlock funds.

I have reached a certain VIP level 2 with 6% commission and was tasked to grab 15 orders a day, but upon reaching no. 10 order the amount is greater than my account balance so that i deposited money in order to complete the daily task, but all the following order are getting higher so that i deposited again to offset the amount. however, i cannot finish my task due to the much higher amount of the order vis-a-vis my account balance resulting to frozen account. now i cannot withdraw money from my account amounting to ₱9,571.47, (including commissions.)
