Text of Complaint by R SURYA PRASANTH:

Ajio cancelled my two order (ID: FN8034409946 )without my permission after which i have called on there customer support then firstly there junior executive was saying that they cancelled my order because of price fluctuation as there was several discounts are going and i am getting great deals, and after that when i told her that’s your and your seller issue not mine she was continuously saying that after cancellation nothing is possible, then i asked her to transfer my call to her senior executive .she told me that my order was cancelled because of quality issue and they were continuously saying that they can’t do anything after cancellation you have to re-order it at the higher, and when you have reorder at higher price then there quality issue is resolved, i mean what the hell, when they have issue with that product and don’t want to sell there product they why they were running that discounts and all
