Text of Complaint by Karthik D M:

Dear sir / madam,

Myself Karthik DM, I’ve order a pizza in zomato with order number – 2544751140, and I’ve placed a order at 01:15 AM (IST), 05th of August 2021. And the order has been made with Domino’s pizza. Later at 01:30 PM they’ve declined to accept my order and I got a message that I’ll receive a refund amount after 2 – 5 working days. So that I’ve contacted customer support and the executive name as follows 1. Mr Himanshu 2. Vaibhavi. I’ve asked them to suggest me with an alternative solution to get some food during this late night but they both have denied to do that and they have acknowledge that zomato is the only platform to order food, if is there any inconvenience caused with the order we have to take responsibility and also Ms Vaibhavi has confirmed that zomato will not be having any hold on Domino’s and she assisted me to contact Domino’s senior executives directly. I believe these statements may create a bad opinion on Domino’s and Zomato too. Please kindly look into the issue.
