Dear Sir,
I would like to bring in your notice that I had booked a train ticket through PAYTM GATEWAY on 04/10/2018 from Dhanbad to New Delhi. The details are as follows:
PNR Number: 6220399240
Train Name: Kolkata Rajdhani (12301)
Boarding Station: DHN
Amount: Rs. 2460/-
I had canceled the ticket on 09/10/2018 and Railway has refunded the amount RS. 2395/- whose Refund transaction id is 100000272148018. But the refunded amount is not credited in my account from the PAYTM side yet.
Kindly look into the matter so that refunded amount can be credited in my account.
