Hi. I cancelled my khurana travels ticket dated 5/4/2024 on 29th March which was booked on redbus app. The ticket was for 2100 rupees for a sleeper ac . Even after repeated enquiries and interaction with redbus customer care agent , i haven’t received any refund. Today the chat agent ended the chat on his own without any reply. Plz help. Attached are the ticket and pending refund details. Contact no. 7083234999.
