I would like to raise two issues in your notice
1.My order got cancelled by swiggy. I called up customer suppport and they said that they called me but not able to connect. I didnt get any call. They initially charged 100% cancellation fee even though I haven’t cancelled my order and not received any call. Later, over chat they informed me to give me 50% as a coupon.
If they wont able to call me due to technical issue, why should I pay 50% cancellation charge, infact swiggy wont be able to delivery my order, they should pay fine.
2. I called up to customer care and had very bad experience. cc guy was talking very unprofessionally. He said that food got wastage becoz of me. No refund do whatever you want.
STOP USING SWIGGY AND SAME WILL BE SHARE WITH OTHERS
