My Zomato order number is 4146673728.
I ordered breakfast from Zomato and paid Rs. 286 online.
We waited for our order for more than 40 mins. My address is easily reachable, i have received multiple orders from Zomato before but this time order got cancelled saying that delivery guy couldn’t locate the address and money won’t be refunded as a compensation to delivery partner.
I called the delivery person multiple times but no one picked up my call and neither do I received any call from the delivery person.
Zomato doesn’t provide any direct customer service number to call to raise the complaint and no place to customer queries in general.
This was completely unjustified from their end. I paid for eating nothing in my breakfast.
I want my money back from Zomato.
