I orders Kent Chilla and dosa maker on 1st may. I was promised it will be delivered by 11th may. Today when I checked my order, it was mentioned that my order is cancelled as customer refused to take the item. And in reality I didn’t receive any call from Amazon. I asked from Amazon customer care they said it is due to covid that the item is cancelled. Now how can I get my order as it was really important. They should not take any order if they can’t send. Why we get the blame of the mistake of Amazon.
