My flight book id with MMT is NF1106266191634, the air india flight was not operational due to lockdown and MMT had sent me email mentioning I can reschedule flight tickets till Dec 31 2021. But now I donot have the option to reschedule my flight tickets in MMT APP and they donot have any customer care for flight bookings to help us.
Either I want refund of my flight ticket RS 12671 or option to reschedule my flight tickets
