I have booked returned flight BOM-Jabalpur-BOM on Indigo in july’ 2022 thru’ travolook. Indigo cancelled their Jabalpur- BOM flight due to some issue ; so I book other flight for this sector. Indigo Airlines have sent refund in 20 days to Travolook, but Travolook has not refunded back my money Rs.8000/- till date. Every time their customer care person give some or the other reasons for not refunding money.
We need to take strict action against this agency, like blacklisting them on website or cancelling their license.
