Text of Complaint by RAMANAN BALASUNDARAM BALASUNDARAM:

Purchased Airtel defence cam and 360 deg indoor cam on 06-Aug-2023 after customer care person promised installation on Monday .After raising installation request when i contacted service engineer they said Cameras are not in Stock and it might take more than a week for the cameras to arrive so decided to cancel the order and place cancellation (Cancellation ID: 86654755).There was no update after the cancellation initiated when i enquired through their customer care response was sloppy. Would like to get my amount refunded
