- My name is Anil singh thakur with the zomato profile nil thakur I ordered food from zomato with the restaurant jungle drum restaurant.. firstly the order was placed and it notified of the confirmation and showed that the food is on the way.. after certain delay I called the delivery guy he totally denied for delivery when asked for the reason he told that the location is too far moreover after that I got the call from customer care and the person hung up the call during conversation..
- And after that I got the cancellation message and moreover I was notified that I have been charged for the cancellation because they need to compensate the restaurant..
- so how am I paying the compensation amount for the cancellation of food that I didnt cancelled on my priority.
