I’m Karthikeyan. This is regarding my issue with Grand Vivanta Vacations. I have taken a package with Grand Vivanta Vacations on 25/12/2022 for ₹140000. But, after taking the policy I decided to cancel the policy for some personal reasons with 10 days.
When I contacted them for the cancellation, they are telling that it cannot be cancelled for “Personal Reasons” which is not updated in the policy nor by the sales person.
I have been contacting them for the past 15 days for resolving the issue. But each time I’m getting the response as “A person from cancellation team will get back to you within today’s EOD”.
I’m getting the same response everyday and no one contacted nor updated me.
Clearly, with this I’m very much disappointed with the customer care service which is offered by Grand Vivanta Vacations.
Finally, when I told this reason for cancellation, they are telling that this is also not a valid reason.
In their policy, it is clearly written that “If you are not satisfied with our service, you can opt for cancellation”.
I have attached the screenshot of Termination Policy for reference.
Customer care service is one of the service offered by Grand Vivanta, but there are not taking responsibility of that.
Its a huge disappointment and worst customer care support.
Please, someone help me to resolve this issue.
