Hi,
This is S. Mageshwaran i ordered today 1 Chicken biriyani and tandoori chicken in ZOMATO total cost Rs.502.60/- but unfortunate due to personal reason i requested for cancellation 1st i called delivery person (Mr. Mani_8825973289) for cancellation he only advised me to cancel the request in ZOMATO app then i cancelled the order and in few seconds i got the call from ZOMATO (8068392700) customer care for cancellation verification and i asked when i will get the refund they confirmed that amount will be refunded with cancellation charges, i chatted with ZOMATO chat for cancellation status now they are saying that the full amount is cancellation charges i totally fed up on this service hence i would request to refund the amount or deliver my order tomorrow.
