Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I am Mr. Abdul Wahab Ali Sheikh. I would like to state that I am a Vodafone user or retailer with e-topup sim card bearing no.-+918486854116, I want to cancel the e-topup authentication agreement of my number due to some internal purpose or problems.
Many times I have tried to lodge complant about my issue but I did not get any positive response from the customer care(198),(129) and the distributor where my sim card under mapped.
I request you to help me and guide me the procedure to be followed and the necessary details you need. Thank you.
