My mother booked ticket on Monday for Jalier on 06/08/23 on same day evening she cancelled tickets 06/08/23 because she wanted change of seats book my show as charged cancellation charges of 448.02rs for cancellation fee I called customer care to inform the same n told we have cancelled tickets before 72hrs we should be eligible for 100% refund they told even if we cancel tickets immediately after booking they will charge cancellation charge which is unfair because the movie tickets which my mom is booked is for the date 10th of august I want justice
