we booked the ticket from rajkot to ahmedabad but we came to know that the ticket we booked was for the evenionf instead of morning by mistake so we tried to cancel the ticket but they did help us to cancel the ticket they were giving me just 35% of money back how is that fair enough and the customer care executives never transferred the call to floor manager. when i contacted operator they said if paytm call us we will refund the money but people at paytm dont support customers to get refund.
