Text of Complaint by Kanika sharm:

Dear sir.

I have ordered a fruit cake from perfect bake sec 15 faridabad via order no. 3490367676 on dated 16 July at 10.34 am.their delivery boy go somewhere else and cancelled my order as he didn’t reach on destination.destination was just 20 minutes far from him and I myself contacted him many times along with zomato customer care executive  from gurugram.but still he didn’t reach.zomato concern told.me.that I should order again and earlier order amount will refund me.within 3-4 days.now over app chat they said that I m not eligible for refund and they took the amount of rs. 621 as cancellations charges.this is not acceptable.

I didn’t cancelled the order.then why should I pay?

Kindly do needful in this regard and refund me back asap.
