I have applied loan in the app for 600000/- and got approval in app wallet but not yet credited into my bank account. I tried contacting the customer care WhatsApp support and they told me that I have to pay 12000 first for membership fee. I denied and told them to close my account but they didn’t delete my account.
I am registering this complaint with proof so that I can get help before some issue occur. Amount is not credited or debited yet but seeing the complaints against it seems to be suspicious and afraid if my personal and account details are used. Please help me to cancel this and delete my account. Please stop this app from misleading another financial crime.
