My food order was cancelled by Swiggy. They called and assured me that they are reordering for me. After half hour I checked on delivery status, but found that they had not reordered. I talked with their customer executive again and they said they can only refund. When I tried reordering, the app said I can not apply coupon code for 2 hours, as I had used it in my earlier order, which was cancelled by them. I tried to convince the swiggy guy to give me the same coupon that is available on the website. He refused and asked me to wait 2 hours. It was 9:20 in the night already. I asked him to connect me with their management, he put me on hold for the same and I waited for 30 mins on hold, no one picked up. Ethics can go to hell with Swiggy. i had been handed an option to order at twice the cost or sleep hungry.
