Dear Sir,
This is Abhishek Chauhan residing at Mumbai, I had booked flight ticket from Mumbai to Varanasi via Paytm app in March 2021. I had booked ticket for myself and one of my friend, however my friend tested covid positive and hence he has to cancel his travel. I had cancelled his ticket through Paytm app and I got message that it’s under process and will take few days. However today after 5-6 days I have am getting message from Paytm that my both tickets are cancelled. They have cancelled my ticket without my consent, it was totally due to failure of their system. I had cancelled my friends ticket very carefully and remeber that I have not made any mistakes. Now they are giving me stories that you have selected full cancellation and not partial cancellation etc, these people think they are smart and they can play with money of Poor citizens. Their customer support team is only apologizing and saying we cannot help you. Request you to look into this case and ask them to make my loss good. I am writing this complaint because I felt helpless today and I want justice in this matter. I hope you will look into it and help me and other consumers from getting harassed by these big companies.
