I have booked a bus from Redbus through Amazon from Royal Safari bus operator on 1st of February 2024 for the date of 10 February 2024 at 11:40pm from Delhi to Jim Corbett, Nainital.
And then they cancelled the bus on the same day of journey at 11 am without giving me any other bus service.
And when I asked for refund they told me to wait for 3-5 bank working days .
And 5 days ,I again called about my refund,they are still saying to wait for next 2-3 bank working days and still they are not sure about it .
They are saying that they are trying and they expect that it will be solved in next 2-3 bank working days.
