I had ordered the item on 21st Sep 2018 which was dispatched on 22nd Sept. It was expected to be delivered in a week and got delayed. So I raised the Cancellation request on 9th Oct 2018. It’s been a month now and there is no update on the same or my refund. Could you please help to initiate the refund process.
