Hi
My name is Lakhwinder Singh. I booked 7 tickets from CDG to SVDK Katra on 28th June 2023 which were showing under RLWL. Details are attached herewith. I could not get those confirmed till now i.e. 30th June 2023 @ 7:30 PM. I requested for the cancellation of the tickets as we have to plan the journey accordingly. But after cancellation I got Rs. 437.20/- cancellation charges. It should not have happened for the tickets which were not confirmed yet and customer chart was not prepared yet. You are looting the customers and for no reason. This is an harassments. I want my money back.
