Order RDF02580470 having Shipment Number DI100214967 supposed to be delivered on 16th may but till date there is no change in status of the product which shows it is under transit.they advised to refuse if I do not want the product to courier partner and I did. Tried reaching them countless times to cancel my product and initiate the refund process.every Time I called they assured a call back in next two hours.though I received call just once 13 days back assuring refund initiation within 24 to 48 hours.its been 16 days since. I kept on calling almost every day also wrote several mails for the same.but never got any response . Now they have shown installation completed without even delivering the product.
