Want To Share Experience of Amazon’s Bad Service….
I have Ordered one pillow for my mother who is suffering form cervical spine pain which delivery date was after 4 days.
on 3rd Day Delivery agent call me which got miss and within 3 min i call back him but he said he left i request him to deliver the product but he refused and Said next day around 12pm he will delivered.
next day around 1 or 2pm he called me and asked to walk over 20mins from my address to pick my order, I refused that and ask him to delivered it on my address he said he will contact me after some time and after that he didn’t contact me.
In evening around 6 or 6:30pm when i was another call he called me which got miss again so immediately hang up ongoing call and tried on that Delivery boy number more than 10times but it was busy all time…
I contacted customer service representative Manmath, Priyanka, pooja, munaf, Kiran everyone assure me that i will received my order.
On Saturday I waited whole day coordinating with customer representative to get my order they assured me I will received that by 9pm.
But i haven’t received it at 8:45 i called again Delivery agent boy he said till 9:30pm it will delivered but neither he came nor he contacted further to me..
At the end i got reason that my product was damaged and that return to seller.
and on Amazon reason was mentioned that product refuse by me????.
Being prime member i am getting that kind of pathetic service from Amazon.
No one assist no one care about whatever time o had wasted on this.
they use my amount which i paid and now they will initiate return after 3-4 business day..
Amazon he bias between customer belongs to high profile area and with local area…
They returned my order and done only partial refund of Rs. 150/- but still Rs. 449/- yet not credited to me.
