I had placed an order on dhani store on 19th May which has not been shipped yet. I have filed several complaints with the the customer care team and raised a number of tickets but they close those those tickets as per their own will but do not resolve any of them. So, I want to cancel the order number EP3585721 which I am not able to cancel from my end and want my refund amounting to rs.104 at the earliest as the delivery gets delayed each passing day and no executive from dhani store tries to provide a solution to the problem.
