Vodafone. Why are calls not going out, even when balance is there? This “FACILITY” from this morning.
Called Customer care but failed to connect with rep for over 12 mins. There is no call back system in VF or any other. TRAI must order cash compensation not credit in balance, as VF will fudge call durations.
