Respected Sir,
I have VI operator sim card, which I use as my contact number for official records, therefore I recharge this number only for validity perpose, so as the sim remains active. My issue is ragarding the Callertune service, which is being activated by them without my permission, I am just informed by message that following Callertune has been activated and certain amount is deducted (66 to 99 rupees). I have faced this problem for the FOURTH time in last two months. Each time I had to call the customer care service for the deactivation of the service which is activated by them without my permission. Please take strict action regarding the same.
