Hello sir,
The caller tune service on my idea mobile number has been activating by itself lately and when i asked customer care about it they are saying that i was the one to activate these via web which is absolutely not true.
There has been no response or refund from the company and i request you to look into the matter as i have lost a lot of money and kindly help me.
