I am raising this complaint from Mumbai. Cake Ordered – 4400235917
This is to bring to your notice that I order a cake for my friend on 14th Oct 2022 at 12.26pm in Ghatkopar. the cake was supposed to be delivered in Thakurli, but unfortunately I selected the location as Ghatkopar, however I captured address and pincode of Thakurli location only. later when we realized this error we requested the delivery boy to deliver the cake to my address in Ghatkopar only. The delivery boy of Zomato did not deliver the cake to my address and he denied also to deliver even after pleading him to deliver even if it is late.
and company denied me to return back the money of 605.82 Rs which I have already paid thru UPI. This have created so much inconvenience to me and embarrassment in front of my known people. and also lost of money and stress on top of it. The cake was ordered from Bakingo in Ghatkopar. The delivery guy denied to return the cake to cake shop also. The delivery guy name was Baraiya.
