My issue is that i was charged for the travelled kilometres for the booking that I made from mmt app while i was forced to return from mid of my journey as the car provided broke down. I also had a booking at the temple at my destination of 1500 INR which was non refundable and I also paid driver an additional amount for the petrol and that is not acceptable but I was helpless as I didn’t have any other option to return home. If you look at my booking history, I have become an exclusive MMTBlack member and even after this I was being provided such substandard service.
I request to be provided with an appropriate resolution to this hazardous experience where my wife and mother were also travelling with me.
After contacting customer service and escalating it their response was that they can’t do anything in this and when I asked if this was mentioned in their policy that I have to pay then also they didn’t have any answer.
