The wrongly recharged code is 22ZHESM4X0G8FEAM, meant for Google Pay instead by mistake done to Google Play.
I don’t have any use for any amount in Google Play. I mailed many times but Google customer helpdesk reply in negative only automatically, that money added in account in Google play can’t be transferred. Why? The balance is added by mistake instead of Gpay and I never need to buy any in-app purchase on Google Play. If you are not refunding customers their own hard earned money added by mistake, then it’s clearly a daylight loot. Google is Not customer friendly. It doesn’t refund money or not help transfer/convert money even in Gpay, let aloan Bank account. It doesn’t have any recharge function for mobile or DTH. And I never use any other apps or digital contents that Google play sells. They don’t have any approachable customer care number. This is really
I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
Kindly do something about it and refund my full money back.
