- By mistake i recharged 4999 instead of 499
- during lockdown no customer care executive is answering my call
- the pack taken by mistake by me is only valid for 10 days international roaming pack
- i need to cancel my recharge
- also when i call the customer care they say due to covid19 and lockdown there are less customer care executives available so it might take time to connect you
- also they keep giving me other options as recorded click 1-2-3
- no one really gets connected to solve my problem
