Sir, I had talked to the conductor of the NueGo bus that would you stop the bus for me?, I am a little ahead of the bus, I will not have to come till the bus, he said that he will stop it Sir and gave me assurance and I stopped it by waving my hand but the bus did not stop, he called again and said that Sir, I felt that there is someone else, I have been intentionally harassed. And the refund doesn’t come under the policy but there no my fault, it’s totally NueGo staff fault, I need refund of my hard earned money and I also attended the ticket of chartered bus luckily I got just after it which I the proof that I was not in NueGo bus .
