Sir, I have Booked a bus ticket for 20th Dec-2018 , Delhi To bhuntar, Through paytm in Himachalvolvohieght PNR No. 85834544 , amount Rs. 849/-, on the ningh of 20th december the operatr called me & informed their bus was breakdown & it not going to bhuntar that was cancelled , Same time i called Paytm customer care raise the same complaint and seak for refund, they said they will check from heir end and after that they do necessary action, from 20 th dec 218 to today 31 dect 2018, i have called many times to paytm but their haven’t refund my amount they just said every time they have mailed to bus operator , & operator haven’t revert hime back, but ihave personally call to him he revert back theri mail,
every time paytm said me wait for 48hr , 24 hrs but till now they haven’t revert refund my money they are cheating me ,
