I Booked Bus Ticket with Booking ID 17445669067 trough Paytm Application.But Due to Trip Plan change This ticket want to cancel But Can’t cancelled it From Paytm Application. So Call to Customer care & Told Regarding this issue.But this Was not cancelled trough Care Also …
Call Many time And Also Mail To care Regarding this issue but Ticket was not cancelled before 18 th March. I intimate 08 day before Journey date of 18 th March and AlsoTelephonic told to raise complain from care. So committed given From Paytm senior for Surity of 100 % Refund Amount to paid At 22 march But now on Date 05 April Refused for Refund Amount to paid
