Paytm Tickets seem to be fake as it does not gurantee your booking with the bus operator even aftee the tickets have been issued to you. Had made so many complaints over the phone to their complaint cell but they gave me just assurance to resolve my problem. It is wastage of time and money doing transactions over Paytm. Even they never credited any cashbacks to my account.
