I had placed order for two sarees online through the link (https://clothesmart.in/product-category/saree/) from Clothesmart and paid Rs 798/- (order No 60336) via card payment for the same. However the the company is not at all responding and not even giving any response regarding the order and I am sure that the firm is a fraud firm as the contact No is also not working. I request that suitable legal action be taken against the firm and my money be refunded at the earliest.
