My ticket was cancelled by the bus operator 2 times and the ticket price has become much higher than before when I booked this ticket when the price of this ticket was Rs 1200, now it has increased to Rs 3000. I was returning home on pongal festival and this fraud was done to me and now I am not capable enough to pay such hefty prices. The same buses I booked before were showing now with higher prices what kind of fraud is this.what kind of behaviour is this ?.it’s better to take action on this concern.
