my ticket was booked on 21.01.2024 for coimbatore to madurai on 22.01.2024 at 4.50pm. today(22.01.2024 @ 3.15pm) the bus operator has cancelled. there was no intimation beforehand where i was standing in the bustand. I contacted the travels “sri karpaga vinayaga travels” he was very rude and so impolite that he blared in the phone that it was not his problem and ask redbus he said. i cant even contact redbus wherein the number is not in use. now im checking the prices of bus it shows double the amount. These fraud people are taking advantage of consumers situation
