The bus was to be dropped at New Delhi 2:20PM. Bus took 3 hours for charging. After that the AC of the bus failed after coming to Karnal, the driver and conductor of the bus are laughing at our problems.
I am writing this complaint at 6:41 p.m.
Where the bus service is so pathetic, the passenger is taken care of, that bus service should be stopped immediately, I want my refund.
