Neo bus service is worst . I will never recommend anyone for this bus service. We have reached on time and after reaching we have called the driver and he said I have already left from boarding point noida sector 62. And every bus driver calls before leaving but neither he called when he reached nor when he left and even after all this he was very rude. And Neo bus tracking was showing that bus is at kaushambi and it already left from Noida sector 62. Worst ever service and staff non cooperative.
